Indoor High School Program – for High School athletes (grades 9-12)

Our dedicated High School program allows athletes the opportunity to train with other top High School athletes. It is designed to allow the High School athlete the opportunity to improve on their primary events and participate in high quality meets.  Athletes will have the opportunity to train with experienced USATF Certified coaches in Sprints, as well as Hurdles and Field Events (Long/Triple/High Jump, & Shot Put)

Our High School team participates in USATF & AAU Local, Regional and National meets. For the 2022 Indoor Season, it is our intention to participate in meets but may need to adjust due to COVID restrictions and meet availability.  At this time, we are optimistic that there will be appropriate meets for the Indoor Season.  Participation in meets is not required – many athletes just train with us to improve their speed for other sports.

NVA track now has its own facility – NVA/Sport9 Performance Training Center in Ashburn. This facility is over 6000 sq feet and will have 2 lanes of track, turf, High Jump pit & a weight area.  High School practices will be held at this Indoor facility.

In addition to the regular Track practice, High School athletes will have the following training opportunities:

Long/Triple/High Jump (Optional advanced session available)

              Hurdles

              Weightlifting Training (Additional cost)

We will continue to have several High School teams, which are listed below:
