Ashburn Elite Track Registration




Registration is now open for the Indoor Only and the Indoor & Outdoor teams. Some slots will be available on a first come, first serve basis.   Once all of the first come, first serve spots are taken, we will start a waitlist. The remaining spots will be available on a try-out basis where the coaches will evaluate all the athletes on the waitlist and select the top kids for the team.  We will be taking many athletes, at all experience levels, from the try-outs.
Indoor Only Program (Youth & High School) – This program starts in November and finishes late February (The program will continue through early March for those athletes competing at Nationals).  The cost of the program is $325 with a payment plan option ($50 at registration, $150 on 11/10 and $125 on 1/1).
Indoor & Outdoor Program (Youth & High School)  - Includes the Indoor and Outdoor programs starting in November and ending in  June (The program will continue through July/August for those athletes competing at Nationals/Junior Olympics).  The cost of this program is $575 with the option to make 3 payments ($50 at registration, $175 on November 10th , $175 on Jan 1st and $175 on March 1st ).  
This year there will be 5 registration options for both the Indoor Only and Indoor & Outdoor teams:

Youth Sprinters (10 years old and under – Born in 2010 & after)
Youth Sprinters (11 yrs old – 8th grade – Born in 2009 & before) 
High School Sprinters – Grades 9 - 12
Youth Long Distance (ages 6 – 8th grade)
High School Long Distance (Grades 9 -12)

The Indoor program will begin mid-November.  We realize that some athletes are finishing up a Fall Sport and may participate in our program when they are available to or when their Fall sport ends.
Families will have the following payment options:

1. Pay the Full Amount:  At check out, you will need to select the full amount from the drop-down box.

2. Payment Plan – Select the option to pay the $50 deposit at the time of registration and make 2 (Indoor Only Season) or 3 (Indoor and Outdoor Season) payments. At checkout, you will need to select $50 from the drop-down box.  Payments will automatically be withdrawn from your account on the stated dates.
